The balcony, reachable by the living area, small table hosts, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a good glass of wine. The balcony, look over the square.

Very conveniently located down town, you can easily walk to supermarket, shops, pharmacy, train station, sea and many coffe shops and restaurants.

You can hiking, swimming, have a nice boat tour; the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici but also Genoa and Florence.

You can make your check-in at Calandra Art Gallery, hence the name "La casa del gallerista"; Via Discovolo 295. The shop is just at the end of the tunnel.
If you arrive by car, you will find a parking lot at the entrance of Manarola. You can leave your car at 10 minutes walk or if you don't want to carry weights with you, calling the TOSKU shuttle service +39 3486862543

The apartment is on the first floor of a building located in the central square of Manarola, 200 m. from the sea.
The house consists of entrance hall with kitchen and bathroom, living area with sofa bed for two people separated from the sleeping area with double bed. The terrace, which is accessed from the living area, overlooking, like all windows, on the square.

Very pleasant the many short walks that revolve around Manarola: relaxing and undemanding, for everyone.
Do not miss the biggest illuminated nativity scene (8 / 12-20 / 1) that occupies much of the Hill 'Collora' in front of the village.

In addition to being immersed in the splendid setting of the Cinque Terre, you can easily reach Portovenere and Lerici, beautiful places in the Gulf of Spezia. The proximity to the boat-station and boarding allows to arrive in a short time even in cities like Genoa and Florence.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 3 adults
For children up to 12 years the stay is € 20 per night.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location
This great little apartment is an ideal base from which to explore Cinque Terre. Located very close to Manarola Station with minimal amounts of stairs/slopes to navigate with luggage, it is convenient, comfortable and stylish.

Our arrival was delayed twice, first by a flight that arrived late, and then the trains were also running behind, but the host remained cheerful and patient and waited for us even though it was late into the evening. The location was central and close to the train station which was fortunate after a long day of travel. The apartment was clean and modern, with everything we needed. The host and his son went above and beyond to help us find a place to eat, accompanying us to restaurant after restaurant to see if anyone would take us (most were closing up). Finally, after climbing up a long hill, we were introduced to a lovely terraced trattoria that seated us right away. We were grateful for the extra efforts by the host and his son. The next day after checkout, we were allowed to store our luggage while we went exploring up and down the Cinqueterre region, another bonus.The host's wife, who watched our bags, was gracious and attentive. The only drawback of this stay was the train noise, which was infrequent and brief, but still audible overnight. Other than that, we thought it was great.

Property was clean and extremely comfortable. Located close to the train and in the center of town. Even had a balcony overlooking main piazza that was great for people watching. But what made this stay extraordinary was the owner, Sebastian and his wife Francesca. Amazing people that offered their guidance and assistance whenever needed. They were always available to answer questions and provide directions. I will definitely be back!!!!

Location is close to Manarola train station - handy when you have luggage. The room has a balcony overlooking the main square - great place to people watch. The doors and windows are nicely glazed and cuts out sound from the busy square. Airconditioning works well. You can hear the trains going by at night - did not bother us. Hosts were friendly and run the gallery below. Great base for a gorgeous town.

Great location in Manarola
The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It is in the perfect location to the marina, restaurants, and is right down from the train station. The host, Sebastiano, was so kind and very helpful. He made us feel right at home and cared very much about our comfort. Thank you Sebastiano for everything! We hope to be back someday.

Wonderful Place in Manarola
The two of us stayed in Manarola for three days as part of a five week trek through Europe to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. The apartment is amazing and Sebastian has thought of everything. He stayed in constant contact with me, helped arrange for luggage and met us at the door. The apartment is located perfectly in town and it is wonderful inside. We will absolutely come back! Great little place is a fantastic location!
This place was perfect. A studio that was clean and air conditioned! The location was awesome! The property manager was super helpful and even got us a last minute reservation at Michelin starred restaurant! Highly recommend!

Great stay in Manarola!
This is a great clean and comfortable apartment centrally located near the train station. Despite being so close to all of the crowds, I found that is was amazing quiet. It is close to the local market and multiple restaurants. We didn’t have to carry our bags up any steep hills like many other visitors. If you plan on staying or visiting anywhere in Cinque Terre you WILL have to walk up many hills and stairs. Sebastian was lovely and super accommodating. He helped us coordinate a reservation at a local restaurant in advance. The Trattoria Billy served an excellent seafood antipasto and grilled fish of the day. The apartment comes with lots of small extras including coffee/tea, water bottles, earplugs, area maps, books and a small balcony overlooking a piazza for enjoying coffee or wine. We would definitely stay here again!
