This is the place you need to book in Palermo
This was our first time visiting Sicily, and with so many places to choose from in Palermo, we were a little worried about getting something wrong. As it happens, we could not have selected a better apartment, host or location. Bozena was a perfect host from start to finish, with quick responses to any messages, and offering great recommendations on transport to/from the airport, local restaurants, places to see, markets, and beaches. The morning delivery of croissants was unexpected and amazing! There was even a small Birthday treat for our youngest daughter who turned 13 whilst we were on holiday. Such a very kind and thoughtful gesture from Bozena. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean and importantly, very quiet given its central location. Everything we needed was in the apartment, including bottled water and milk, sugar, tea and coffee (for the expresso machine, which made excellent coffee!). In summary, if you're going to Palermo and want to be close to the centre (less than 10 min walk to the Massimo Theatre), yet have a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep from a host that really looks after you, then you need to book Cluverio 11. Everything you could want on accommodation
The property is centrally located in a quiet street. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. A very comfortable and clean apartment with lots of extras in the bathroom and Kitchen. It is beautifully presented and everything is of top quality. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating and kept in regular contact with us should we need anything. I highly recommend this property.

I’m going to miss that croissant delivery
Bozena, and the apartment we rented for our stay in Palermo were wonderful. ( yes she brings croissants every morning at 8:00 yum!) The apartment had old world charm, was very spacious with 2 big bedrooms and baths to enjoy after a day of touring. She had a wonderful dining suggestion in the neighborhood and arranged airport transport when our trip was over. There was a bit of a walk to the historic center but that is a minor issue with so many positives. If I have the opportunity to return to Palermo again, I would definately rent from Bozena again.

We had a lovely time in Palermo. The apartment was a short walk from the old city in a great neighbourhood. The apartment itself was clean, quiet and well equipped and the owner was extremely attentive and helpful! We would highly recommend a stay here!

Comfortable home away from home!
We LOVED staying here! We were greeted on arrival, given a rundown of the city with a paper map, and had all our questions answered. This was our favorite place out of 4 in Italy. It was comfortable to spread out with a sofa, kitchen table, and porch. All was very clean and very well kept. What was extra special was finding family grave sites, actual cousins, and the home of our great-great-grandfather! Through Bozena and several of her contacts she shared, our trip was successful and fun! Thanks!

We spent Christmas here, for a week. It was just what we wanted. We had everything we needed and more. Bozena looked after us and made our stay perfect. The apartment is in a quiet area with a lovely eating area outside. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic Space in Heart of Palermo
This was a perfect place for us to stay as we explored Palermo - clean, airy, modern. The location is walking distance to everything and the apartment was a welcome place to return after experiencing the passionate energy that makes this city so intoxicating. Bozena was helpful and responsive and was affectionately dubbed the croissant fairy, delivering fresh pastries each morning of our stay. I accidentally left my jewelry case on our way out, and she made sure it got back to me safely. We have stayed in many rentals on our travels, and it is with gratitude that I highly recommend this one. Enjoy!

Does not disappoint
