This 110 m2 apartment, located on the third story of an elevator building on the prestigious Carrer de Muntaner in L'Esquerra de l'Eixample, has beautiful period details, including original mosaic floors, high plaster ceilings, stain-glass windows and polished wooden archways. A modern fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with hand shower, bathtub, and toilet, and another bathroom (toilet, sink and full shower) offers the perfect combination of elegance and practicality.

There is a large master bedroom with an arched sitting area at the back of the apartment, while two smaller bedrooms, one windowed, one without, line the hallway, so that no bedroom faces the street, providing for a peaceful night's sleep. The large living room has six tall windows opening onto terraces, with couches and a television. An adjoining dining area comfortably seats 6.

Within walking distance to Placa Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, las Ramblas and the historic districts of El Born, El Raval and El Barrio Gotico the apartment is ideally located. Restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and public parking are all nearby.

Great experience, beautiful property
The apartment was in a great neighborhood; everything was easy to access from it without being too close to all the tourist chaos. We felt safe walking around at all times of day with our 5 year old, and the neighbors were very friendly. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised- All appliances worked well, and we felt very comfortable. The tile floors, stained glass and unique features in the apartment were even more beautiful in person. Would absolutely stay here again. Helped make our experience in Barcelona one to remember

Wonderful place to stay!! The location was great. Thank you so much for accommodating us to get in early. We were on a cruise and we were hard to get a hold of. We showed up on the doorstep with all of our suitcases. I know the caretaker went out of her way to accommodate us. Just a very nice experience

Lovely apartment in a great area
We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. There are lots of beautiful original features throughout and the apartment was spotless. The neighbourhood is ideal, with lots of good bars and restaurants, and it is a walk or couple of metro stops to the centre/ Las Ramblas etc. A great listing and we would recommend to others.

We stayed here for a week during high season, first week of August. Ideal location, a 15 minute walk from everything anyone would want in Barcelona. Fantastic but quiet neighborhood, great coffee shops, gelato, restaurants. Hosts made the chicken process seamless and the one time during our stay that we called for something, they responded immediately. The place had everything we needed - plenty of room, impeccably clean, terrific air conditioning, and great tips and tricks for navigating Barcelona. Should we ever return to Barcelona, this will be the only place I would consider.

Amazing apartment. Owners thought of everything
Absolutely gorgeous apartment in 100 year old building. Owners have lovingly restored and modernized while keeping the charm of the apartment. The original tile floors were stunning. The original windows and woodwork and ceilings were gorgeous. Kitchen and bathrooms all remodeled with modern fixtures seamlessly integrating with the old. Beautiful - I am inspired. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room four our family of 5 adults. Hosts were excellent communicators. Offered restaurant and transportation recommendations. We tried several of their restaurant recommendations and they were excellent. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Barcelona. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

A Perfect Stay in Barcelona
This was an amazing flat in Barcelona’s Eixample neighborhood! We loved being just a few walking blocks away from everything in this lovely city and staying in a beautiful older building. The apartment was exactly as described and communication was perfect. I loved having a small balcony to enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon while Barcelona bustled below us. Yes, the traffic noise was a bit loud in the living room and dining room during rush hours but once you got to the back of the apartment in the bedrooms, it was nice and quiet. The white noise machines in every bedroom were also very much appreciated. I am such a light sleeper and they really helped! We loved having two Metro stations close by - Provença and Hospital - and used the Metro extensively visiting many of Gaudi’s masterpieces. We loved the Italian restaurant Romane just downstairs and tried a few other restaurants. For gelato we highly recommend Anita Gelato in Barcelona’s Gracia neighborhood. Yummm! I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment for your stay in Barcelona! Thank you for a visit with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

Beautiful Apartment
Perfect location & amenities for your ideal Barcelona Vacation. Our family of 5 enjoyed very much our stay here. We walk everywhere, there are a lots. of restaurants all around. The train station is a few blocks away. The apartment is very well equipped, kitchen had everything needed. Laundry machine very convenient, we loved the decor that made us feel in a true Barcelona building. Dave is a great host and reply to our questions right away. Check in and out was easy. We would loved to come back next time we visit Barcelona. Thank you for having us!!!

Fantastic vacation
The description of the property was right on. The location was great. Short distance to sights, places to eat, supermarket, etc. Taxis were easy to get when needed. The apartment was great. In a beautiful older building but the apartment had great modern conveniences. Bathrooms and kitchen were modern and everything worked well. It was perfect for our family vacation.
