Or spread your wings a little further - Florence to the north and Rome to the south are both just an hour and a half away and other great cities, towns and villages - Orvieto, Montepulciano, Assisi, Siena, Pisa, Cortona and our personal favourite, the “Dying City” of Civita - are all within easy reach of your centrally-located apartment.
