Tranquil oasis from the frenetic streets of Toulouse
Large, modern, loft accommodation, with every convenience, air conditioning was an absolute bonus. Extremely clean with lift access to the 3rd floor and easy flight stairs to the apartment. Laurence replied to all our requests quickly and efficiently. Parking is very close by and really convenient for the centre of this amazing city l.

Fantastic/Merveilleux
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Toulouse. Lots of space and thoughtfully designed. We were impressed with the design and attention to detail. And Laurence was gracious and patient in waiting for us as our train to Toulouse was delayed and we arrived late. Thank you and au revoir.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was excellent since we wanted to be in the center of city.
We spent a week here and found the loft very liveable. It is exactly as described in the listing. Regis was exceedingly helpful and responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the WiFi is fast and secure, the bed was comfortable, there is lots of closet and shelf space to unpack for longer stays, and the A/C worked well. (We didn’t need the heat.) And though in a very busy, late-night part of the city, the loft itself is very quiet - and secure. Just a couple of things to be aware of: the building has a fine elevator but you must go up one flight of stairs beyond it to reach the loft; it IS a loft with many sloping ceilings; and, as with many apartments, there is only a bath tub, not a full shower. Again, we enjoyed the loft and Toulouse very much.

Great Location and very comfortable apartment
We had a great time in Toulouse and this apartment is very comfortable for a couple. It could not have had a better location. It is 20 steps from the Capitole Plaza with its many restaurants and shops. All the attractions of the city are within walking distance. We had a fantastic time and your hosts are terrific.

Peaceful top floor apartment in the centre of Toulouse
We stayed in the apartment for a week over New Year, and found it to be a fantastic spot, very central but on the top floor with brilliant double glazing so we couldn't hear a sound from outside even on New Year's Eve! It has been decorated beautifully with lovely touches like electronic velux windows and blinds and really did have everything we needed for our stay. Laurence was a great host, good contact before the trip and she was available during if we needed her. Comfy bed, lovely decor, a lift in case you couldn't face four flights of stairs - if we are ever in Toulouse again we would stay here.

Au cœur de Toulouse
On ne peut rêver mieux pour decouvrir Toulouse à pied ! A proximité immédiate le parking du capitole, bien commode pour y laisser la voiture.... Sous les toits un joli logement particulièrement soigné et très bien équipé nous a consolé de ce maudit couvre-feu...Il faut profiter de cette bonne adresse

Central et très bien situé : à quelques mètres du Capitole. Proche de toutes les commodites. Pas besoin de voiture. Par grande chaleur, heureusement nous avions la climatisation.
