84 m² apartment in the heart of the city center with 2 separate bedrooms in an excellent location, making it easy to reach St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg or the Vienna State Opera in just 5 minutes.

The underground station “Stephansplatz” (U2, U3) is only 250m away.

The apartment is modern and fully equipped, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a modern kitchen, bathroom with tub, a separate room with dining table.

Our guests receive 2 key sets on arrival, if necessary, the luggage can be stored in their own basement compartment on the day of departure.

Amazing Location!!!!
We had a great trip. Roman was a great communicator and showed up an hour early when we got in early then allowed us to store our bags on our last day before we went to the airport. The location was great. In the middle of everything but still quiet. Apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4. I would highly recommend.

Spacious spying great location
Roman was a great host and assisted us with checking our bags early so we could begin exploring the city. The apartment was in a great location and very walkable so we did not utilize the multitude of transportation options much but easily accessible. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The area rugs could stand to be shampooed but overall the apartment was very clean. We were there for two weeks and Roman ever gave us a free cleaning after one week. The only minor disappointment was that the apartment was advertised as having a dryer but it did not. A drying rack was provided so it was only a minor inconvenience. Overall would definitely recommend and would choose same apartment if in Vienna again. Thanks Roman!

Viennese Magic
Everything about this flat is perfect for a visit of Vienna. Most of the sights are within walking distance or accessible by public transportation which is a short walk. The space is roomy, clean and well appointed. Roman is a delight. Our flight from the US was delayed by over 12 hours. Rather than greeting us at 4:30 pm, he greeted us the next morning at 6:00 with great cheer. You will not regret selecting this location. The only downside, which didn’t affect us because there were only 2 of us, is there is only one bathroom. They have separated the toilet into a separate room but for a large group there is only one bath/shower and sink.

Be aware that there in only one small toilet room and a bathroom with a shower and sink, but no toilet. Made it a little inconvenient for three people getting ready. Otherwise the apartment is nice and location is great

Best Location in Vienna
This was my third stay at this apartment. This time it was with my mom who grew up in Vienna and lived there until her mid twenties. She had heard me talk about what a find this apartment is and she felt the same way. The location cannot be beat. It is so convenient to the best shops, restaurants and museums in downtown Vienna. As far as the apartment itself, having the bedrooms on the opposite sides of the apartment gives privacy. There are two living rooms which is generous and also gives place to spread out. This apartment is a great value and inspires more trips to Vienna!
