    The yard
    lies between the Elbe and Weser in the middle of the gold village of Oberochthausen.
    Chickens, cats and a dog make up the animal population.
    Between the Elbe & Weser, Lüneburg Heath & the North Sea in the Wadden Sea on the Oste.
    Very rural and quiet in the green, between fields, meadows and forests.
    The apartment is a good starting point for hiking (north paths), cycling or water hiking on the Oste, in 5 km distance there is an outdoor pool.
    Other excursion destinations are the Teufelsmoor (Worpswede), Stade, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Heide Park Soltau, Weltvogelpark Walsrode, Zoo and Spielpark Wingst, moor trail Augustendorf etc.

    Schöne und praktische Ferienwohnung
    Wir hatten wieder einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, wie schon im vergangenen Jahr. Für Kinder sind vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten auf dem Hof und in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen für Fragen und ggf. Bedarfe zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.

    Schöne ländliche Umgebung, familienfreundliche Fewo
    Diese Fewo ist wunderbar geeignet für einen Familienurlaub mit Kleinkindern auf dem Land. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Zwei separate Schlafräume und ein Wohnbereich mit kleiner offener Küche nebst Essbereich, alles passend arrangiert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im OG (Dachbereich) und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Hier muss man bei kleinen Kindern gut achtgeben. Unter der Wohnung (EG) ist kein Wohnbereich, so dass das ggf. Trampeln der Kleinen niemanden stören kann. Auf dem zugehörigen Gelände (Hof/Garten) befinden sich Spielgeräte (Schaukel, Trampolin) und ein Sandkasten, was alles genutzt werden kann. Hühner und eine Katze gehören zum Hof. Im Ort gibt es einen Kuhstall, wo man die Kühe beim Fressen beobachten kann. Unweit von dort, am Ortrand, befindet sich ein goßes Gehege mit frei laufenden Hühnern und Ziegen. Hier werden auch landwirtschaftliche Produkte der ansässigen Höfe angeboten (z.B. Eier, Kartoffeln, je nach Saison). Ein Highlight aus unserer Sicht ist ein großzügig angelegter öffentlicher Spielplatz an der alten Schule, praktisch gegenüber der Fewo, wo es an nichts fehlt. Nicht zuletzt ein Danke schön an die sehr netten Vermieter. Uns hat es gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
