for 1 person (80x200 cm).

Separate kitchen, induction burners, refrigerator, micro-ondes, WIFI acces free and illimited, flat screen TV with 36 channels.

Private car park in the building with supplement of 10 euros per night to be paid directly to the owner.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful neighborhood
We had a great time at Carlo's apartment, which has everything you need. It is in a great neighborhood that is not touristy, with a nice canal surrounded by bars and restaurants. It is an also very close to two metro lines. The apartment itself was very well appointed and comfortable.

A great location, close to 2 metro stations and within walking distance of Montmartre. Beds were really comfy, apartment very warm and clean. Carlo was very communicative and was very accommodating with our early check in. Would highly recommend.

Accommodation was great. Beds very comfortable and apartment had everything we needed. Good location, near two metro lines, five minute walk. Only one metro and train from CDG airport. Very clean. Carlo was lovely and check-in so easy. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent meeting, apartments, location and price
The apartments are very clean and fully equipped. In cold weather, the heating was already on. Carlo met us at a later time, for which special thanks to him. Good supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants are close to the apartments.

GREAT place to stay
What a wonderful "home" to return to after a day of touring Paris. Carlo is a gracious landlord who readily responded to all our questions. The apt. was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay, even coffee and tea! The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest for our weary selves. The neighborhood appears to be an up and coming area with a good mix of young and old living together. Everything you need is within walking distance, including 2 metro stations which made traveling into Paris center easy. Plus there is a farmer's market across the canal on Thursday and SUnday. We felt safe at all times and truly at home. We highly recommend this rental - you won't be sorry. Thank you Carlo for the hospitality!

A beautiful apartment in Paris.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. It has the advantage of a seated balcony area which over looks the canal. It was well equipped there was everything we needed and more. The area was quiet and not to busy. Lots of local amenities and very close to the metro.
