Description:

47 m2 apartment on the 1st floor of a residence with very quiet elevator located in a private, tree-lined and secure environment.
This bright and warm furnished apartment with balcony will welcome you to make you feel at home. It can be just as suitable for a tourist or professional stay. It is equipped with charming furniture but also with great modern comfort. The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It also has a private and covered parking space. It was completely renovated in 2016.

This apartment consists of an entrance with cupboard, a living room of 19 m2 opening onto a covered balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Living room: BZ convertible into a 140 berth, small desk, sideboard, library, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, board games.
Kitchen: modern, fully equipped with vitro hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, table and chairs, traditional coffee maker + Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
Bedroom: 140 bed, good quality bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
SDB: bath, washbasin cabinet, hair dryer.
Balcony: table, chairs and parasol
Entrance: into the closet, cot, high chair, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.

Nos avons passé un long week-end de 4 jours à Metz, nous nous sommes bien amusé à Walygator et au zoo d'Amnéville avec les enfants qui se trouve à 20 minutes de Metz. Le lieu est proche de toute les commodités, nous avons pu laisser la voiture garer et avons beaucoup marché à notre grand plaisir pour découvrir la ville. L'appartement est très propre et ça fait très plaisir de juste poser ses bagages. Geneviève et Vincent sont des personnes très chaleureuses, nous avons discuté et échangé très facilement. Geschmackvoll, sauber , alles da was eine FeWo braucht.
Süsse, geschmackvoll eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem ruhigen Viertel von Metz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Ideal für einen Städtetrip und das Erkunden der Umgebung (z.B. Zoo, Lac de Madine, Shooping-Malls,...). Absolut empfehlenswert 😁

Séjour à Metz très agréable
Très bon accueil avec des propriétaires aux petits soins de leurs hôtes. Appartement joliment décoré, bien équipé, dans un environnement calme. Avions choisi ce quartier pour être à proximité de notre fils mais le centre de Metz reste aisément accessible quel que soit le moyen de locomotion.
