Even though the hotel is not a luxury property, you will find what’s needed. It is clean, offers a very good breakfast with a very good selection of fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. The hotel also offers a light dinner which we did not expect. We received more than what we expected. Very satisfied with our selection. The only con is that since we were not able to get the room early, we had to leave our luggage downstairs on our own risk. They do not have a concierge to help you with this kind of needs like other hotels do.

It would have been a five star review if the front desk Hotel Agent Erik was more empathetic about my uncle and aunt's lost luggage. We were about to get on a cruise and asking to help calling the airline to check since language could be a potential barrier and wanted to know if he could help. He told us that he is not in the concierge service so we can call on our hotel room phone which would be fine if he wasn't that rude. However I do have to say he was the only problem. The rest of the staff (sorry ladies, I can't remember all your names but they were so helpful and empathetic about the lost luggage issue.) I
