While the hotel itself is good, the parking situation is something to be desired. The prices are outrageous-$75 per night for a non-customer that dips to $45 a night if you stay at the hotel. They give you a parking pass for in and out privileges. But the reader at the exit does not work. You have to call for help. Then they make it like it’s your fault that the pass is not working. Come on. I had to call the help desk twice because the first one put me on hold after berating me that it was my fault that the pass wasn’t working. I was asked my name , room number and phone number and then put on hold while three cars were standing behind me. Then I had to call back and repeat all the answers for someone to open the gate. If there is issue with people parking inappropriately, fix the issue. Fix your parking reader. Put a person at the parking-you certainly charge a lot for your room AND for parking! Don’t harass your customers.
