It is a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, independent kitchen, large living room and two large terraces, all newly renovated with parquet floors, new bathrooms and toilets, new kitchen with appliances and new washing machine, all beds with viscoelastic mattresses New of great comfort.

Sunny Blanes is a warm and friendly town, perfect for a family holiday.
Matias’s apartment is wonderful! Clean, spacious with everything you need for a relaxing self catering holiday in Spain. The supermarket at the bottom of the apartment is really handy. The view of the beach from the balcony that you can see from the bedroom and lounge are heavenly! It’s a great town to explore and Matias and Maria where so welcoming and helpful with lots of suggestions for places to visit and places to eat in. The sea is so clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Lots of shops to explore too. The communal pool is lovely and clean and a great place to sum bathe. We would highly recommend a stay here!

super Urlaub dank der tollen Wohnung
Wir haben drei Wochen in den Sommerferien diese Wohnung gemietet, kennen uns in dem Urlaubsort auch schon gut aus. Insgesammt waren wir zwei Familien mit mehreren Kindern. Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage, fast direkt am Strand und zentral zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool der zum Haus gehört ist schön gross und sauber. Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung und mit den zwei Balkonen super für mehrere Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit in vollstem Umfang gegeben. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder diese Wohnung nehmen.

Great view, nice owner, good apartment
The host is very nice and friendly person, as well as the lady who is keeping an eye on the apartment. All my questions have been answered, the whole renting process was fully fine. The apartment itself is nice with the great view. A little bit old finishing, sleeping rooms are ok for two persons each but the rooms are quite small. The kitchen is quite small also and I would add some more pans and utensil. The sitting room is nice and big enough. The balcony is nice and big enough too. Basically, we would need the apartment only to rest and to sleep and all those small things would not be noticed at all but we had a bad luck with the weather – it was quite cold for June, cold sea and strong wind – so we had to spend more time in the apartment as we normally do. The top bed in the bulk bed does not have a security grip so if you are unsure regarding your kids – that is a point to think about. The walls are a bit noisy but in June there was nobody in the neighborhoods flats. The biggest problem was parking. It is for free till 15th of June but it could be hard to find a free slot during the week, sometimes you have to turn around the corner to the sea facing street. On the weekend you will never get a parking slot within 5-10 minutes walking. I managed to park my car on Saturday in 12-minutes walking distance but fortunately it was possible to park the car in the yellow area close to the building for a short time to unpack the luggage. Solution – the hotel near the house is selling the parking slots for 12 euros per day, you can use that option for the arrival day. The beach and Blanes itself are ok but nothing very special – this is nevertheless not the problem of this apartment and not at all of the host. Overall, 5 stars from 5 because here you get what you are promised and because the owners are interested in you and how you are doing. Thank you!
