Staff are friendly and helpful.
Property is good but there is a terrible odor in the bathroom. Asked for housekeeping to look into this problem twice. The first time, we were not in so don't know what was done, the odor was reduced but the odor came back the next day. We reported again a few days later, the "technical" came, we were told there is nothing that can be done, and that the plumbing system is old. We were told to run the hot water to flush the drain for two hours. That helped for a few hours, then the odor came back.
During check out, we provided feedback to property management, we were told that "some" units have this odor problem. We should have asked to change unit, however, this option was not mentioned to us when we complained about the odor (twice).
To future patron - ask to change unit if there is odor problem.
We feel that this is a health hazard, odor is from rotting organic matter accumulated in the plumbing or from mold. Either are not healthy. The property management admitted that it is a know problem yet the odor remains.
We are not happy.
