THEY DID NOT RUN THE AIR CONDITIONERS! WE HAD THE WORST DAY IN OUR LIFE AT THIS HOTEL. HAD TO USE WET TOWELS TO COOL OURSELVES. MY WIFE ALMOST ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM!
