We are not 420 friendly. The Signature is a NON Smoking property. If you are going to smoke any substance there are designated areas outside. If we, Signature or cleaning staff detects any evidence of smoking of any kind in this suite, you will be subject to mandatory eviction with no refund and we will charge you $500 You agree to not dispute this if you rent this suite. Please be considerate of other guests and DO NOT RISK a smoking charge.
This is a FABULOUS 950 Ft 1 BR Corner End Unit Suite on the 22nd Floor of Tower 2 with FULL Strip Views from all of the Floor to Ceiling Glass windows. There are three sets of windows offering a multitude of views! Private Balcony and 2 Baths!!.
Comfortably sleeps 4 with pull out memory foam couch in the living room and extra ¾ bath /shower in the living area.

22nd Floor, Corner, End unit means low traffic at the end of the hallway and it is very quiet.

This is larger than a 550 Sq Ft Junior Suite, which would be similar to a hotel room with the bed and sofa pull out in the same room! This SUITE has a separate KING bedroom(New Mattress!) and fabulous jacuzzi whirlpool bathroom ensuite for privacy. The pullout memory foam Queen couch is in the living room(sleeps an additional 2 guests) and there is an additional bath/shower in the main living area allowing privacy for 2 couples.( or children).

No $35 per day resort fees! We charge you what we have to pay. All MGM Signature Amenities are included for you including the Signature's 3 pools, hot tubs, and the adjoining MGM Lazy River. Access to Wet Republic (there may be a fee as there is for everyone!)

We also own a TOP FLOOR PENTHOUSE 1 BR and adjacent JR Suite PENTHOUSE at VRBO 1641488 if you need additional sleeping space for up to 8 people.

FREE WIFI
FREE VALET-The Signature provides complimentary valet service for 1 vehicle per suite subject to availability. Please note that if the Signature garage is full; Signature staff routes all guests to the complimentary MGM Grand garage and guests must walk back from there. This happens usually later at night or on weekends if Signature garage capacity is full. Please see the walking instructions in the WELCOME GUIDE for the route back from the MGM Grand if this should occur and we apologize in advance for this possibility.

We offer hundreds off ($$$) from MGM Signature pricing on their website. Look at their total for a 1 BR Balcony Suite High Floor Upgrade. If you have 4 people they also charge additionally per night for more than 2; we don’t.

Please note: Daily cleaning and turn down service is not provided in our rates. Your Suite is cleaned prior to your arrival and cleaned again after your check out. Optional mid stay refresh is available from our private cleaning service and all details and contact information is available in the suite should you wish to order additional services from them.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to your check in date. This is not an automatic payment so please watch your email for VRBO/Homeaway reminders.

All prices subject to change due to supply and demand and event scheduling. Our fees are based on discounted Signature at MGM prices and will fluctuate.

Must be 25 to book this condo. No parties. ID required at check in. Once paid in full, we will email you simple check in instructions and you will check in at the MGM Signature and have access to all Signature amenities.
