Cosy and in a great location
The apartment had everything you needed and was warm during a bit of a cold snap. The parking pass was a bonus and one day when we were just going into La Spezia, we left the car and hopped on a bus. After a 3 night hotel break in Verona doing a lot of sightseeing, it was nice to have space in the apartment, take our time and sort of 'live like locals'! Clemente gave us lots of info to help us find it and was generous with a 'welcome pack'; also very accommodating when it was possible for us to check-in early or check out later. Thanks again - we may be back again!

This place is really great! Clemente is so helpful. didn't use the kitchen at all but seemed well stocked if you need to use it. The view is amazing and with the parking pass, you don't have to worry about parking cause it's tough! Easy access to bus to get to train for cinque terre.

Room with a view
My son and I had a great weekend in Fezzano. The apartment overlooks the marina and is perfectly situated between La Spezia and Porto Venere. Both are in easy reach by bus, but no so close that you are fighting through crowds to get there. We will be back.

Peaceful oasis
This apartment was a beautiful quiet spot in a small fishing village. Our host, Clemente, was fantastic! He was responsive to every single question I had (there were a few!!!) and was kind and helpful! He even had the makings for Our own pasta dinner with lovely Prosecco! Such nice touches. I would absolutely recommend staying in Clemente’s oasis by the water. It was a really lovely break from the rush of the cities and crowds!

Unexpected surprise
3rd VRBO on our Italian adventure (Napoli and Positano being the other 2 locations) and at first we weren’t sure if it was for us. The cab took us incorrectly into Portovenere and we saw many tourist places to go. However, our apartment was in Fezzano, back toward town. It is located on the harbor in a quiet section. Instantly, we realized we were where we needed to be - AWAY from tourists and near real Italians. In two days we had the best meals of our lives, met amazing and friendly people, and G & I promised we would be back! Clemente is the perfect host and his apartment is roomy for two with the European feel. He communicated extensively until he was sure we were settled. We never felt lost or out of sorts. Ristorante MarineRei & L’Osteria were two great restaurants with the BAR a great place to drink cheap and hang with the locals If you want tourist places, you can take the bus up the street. If you want to experience Italy at it’s finest..:stay here. You will not be disappointed

Tolle Kommunikation, ruhige Wohnung
Clemente, (mit dem wir nur per WhatsApp kommuniziert haben), war sehr aufmerksam, hat sich wunderbar um alles gekümmert, hat tolle und umfassende Vorschläge gemacht, was man unternehmen könnte, hatte alles sehr gut organisiert und war stets ansprechbar. Die Wohnung lag direkt an einem entzückenden Hafen. Gleichzeitig war es dort sehr ruhig - perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Immer wieder gern.
