Good apartment with patio and a view
Nice condo; everything you could want in a holiday condo. Outdoor patio with view and couches and table to enjoy meals outside. Nice communal clean swimming pool. Wash machine and dryer. Kitchen is very compact but has what you need for breakfast and simple suppers. Very clean and lots of room for luggage and hanging clothes. As others have mentioned, its up a steep hill from the town (hence the view). The main square to the condo is 2.5 km, mostly flat except for the hill at the end of the walk.

Two months stay in Stefan`s apartment.
The apartment is nicely furnished with all necessary equipment for a long stay. Stefan`s local partner, Estefan, gave us a warm wellcome and was always there to help us out. A good example of the first class support is that we mentioned the lack of heating facility in the apartment. The same day we had two oil filled radiators installed. Ich möchte mich gar nicht mit Einzelheiten beschäftigen. Es war rundum ein angenehmer und schöner Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Ich fand es auch sehr wohltuend, dass der Eigentümer sich auch telefonisch sowohl vor dem Urlaubsbeginn als auch kurz vor dem Urlaubsende sich mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt hat um etwaige Probleme auszuräumen.

Außergewöhlich
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Das Apartement ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind phantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr gut. Wünschenswert wäre allerdings, daß die Poolheizung bald wieder funktionieren würde.

Superbe appartement !
La location est extraordinaire, La literie est confortable,salle de bain spacieuse avec le nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner. Une superbe terrasse avec accès direct à la piscine. Une vu à 360 sur la ville. Je recommande vivement. Accueil au top,avec un vol de nuit à l'arrivée.

Tolles Apartment mit Meerblick
Das Apartment liegt wunderschön und ruhig mit Blick auf das Meer. Es ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt wird. Mal eben in den Pool springen, super ! Die Kommunikation mit Stefan und Estefan war perfekt. Beim Willkommen standen Getränke und Obst bereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ein Zuhause auf Teneriffa
Zum zweiten Mal haben wir einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und sogar noch schöner. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Wenn wir nach Teneriffa zurückkommen dann gern wieder hierher!

Great location with a view
Everything else was spot on and better than described. Apartment was super clean and very well equipped and communication with Stefan was better than ever before. Only downside was the pool, while nice, the heater was broken and water was cold.
