Very spacious and bright duplex located on rue de Paris in the heart of Le Touquet.
Rue de Paris is the first street parallel to the seaside boulevard. Our villa is located two blocks from rue Saint Jean, the main shopping street in Le Touquet.
You will therefore be in the immediate vicinity of all the entertainment, restaurants bars and all activities, while enjoying the greatest calm of our street.

The apartment is located on the top two floors of the villa and consists of a large living room, dining room, communicating kitchen.
The living room is surrounded by large bay windows facing south and west without any opposite.
The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, traditional oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, classic coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, ...).
It overlooks a large bar equipped with convivial bar stools.

On this floor are two large bedrooms, a bathroom with a long shower and a separate toilet.

Bedroom 1 is equipped with two large closets and a 140 cm double bed
Bedroom 2 is equipped with two 90 cm bunk beds and a sink.
Bedroom 3, located on two levels, is equipped with two 80 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 160 cm double bed. This bedroom 3 is also equipped with a sink.

If you wish, we can provide bed linen - duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcase - (optional: € 12 for a double bed, € 10 for a single bed).
In this case, beds will be made upon arrival.
Please note, we do not provide towels.

The apartment is bathed in light and sun from morning to evening.
Due to the absence of an elevator, this apartment is strongly discouraged for people with reduced mobility.
