1 bedroom with a large bed for 2 people and a niche with bunk beds for children and its private bathroom with w; c

the other goes around and also overlooks the rosas bay with table chairs
the garage is at road level and small building of three apartments we go down a few steps (ten) and we are in the apartment. That's why there is no elevator.

Even better than the Photo!
The house is gorgeous and the view is beyond compare. There is plenty of room both inside and out. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is roomy, well furnished and a great value! The location was fantastic. It was only a 20 minute walk to city center. Roses is also a great base for exploring Figueres and Cadaqués. Maîté and Jean Marc were wonderful hosts. The only things that would have made the apartment better would be fans in each room and WiFi that works.

Beautiful, bright home in lovely Costa Brava
We stayed at Maite's house in August 2017 and enjoyed her lovely, bright home. The place is well equipped and very comfortable for a family, or family and friends. The views of the Roses bay are stunning from morning to night. The house is on top of a hill so be sure you have a car to get around the area. There are several beaches nearby along with activities in the area such as jet skiing or a catamaran tour. We had a fabulous day trip to Figueres to see the Dali museum and also fell in love with Cadaques, a nearby, quaint fishing village. There's a wonderful coastal walking trail that we took from Platja Canyelles to the Castell di Trinitat. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return again.

Très bel appartement
Appartement très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Rosas. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire. Seul inconvénient : l’obligation de prendre la voiture pour chaque sortie.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Ausstattung. Hinweis: im Inserat wird ausgewiesen, dass es WLAN gibt. Aber es fehlt der Hinweis, dass man es im Ort bei einem Fachhändler für einen bestimmten Zeitraum buchen und bezahlen muss. Hierbei hat die Gastgeberin aber sehr geholfen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Un très bon séjour dans un appartement avec une vue incroyable. Maité a été très disponible avant le séjour mais aussi à l'arrivée et au départ. L'appartement est très calme et le garage est très pratique.

Superbe vue !!!!
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Maité. 3 belles chambres et 2 salles de bain conformes à l’annonce, et bien pratiques avec des ados. La vue est superbe, et le garage bien pratique car la voiture est indispensable à chaque déplacement. La Clim fonctionne très bien, avec des ventilateurs dans les chambres. Nous avons surtout utilisé la terrasse avec la plancha pour déjeuner et dîner, le grand parasol est très pratique. Nous recommandons pour les amoureux de la vue !

superbe!
ouah! tu as fait fort Mamie!! ça résume bien l' enthousiasme de nos ados à notre arrivée. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Leur grand appartement est très bien agencé, lumineux et calme. Les chambres et la literie sont très confortables. Installons nous sur les terrasses et admirons la vue splendide sur la baie , le port ou le coucher du soleil. Le soir les illuminations sont féériques Que des points positifs. Il ne manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour Nous le recommandons sans réserve.
