Allicin, a sulphur compound, is the active ingredient in garlic that is responsible for its many health benefits. Each capsule provides 1000mg allium sativum from 2mg of 500:1 Odourless Garlic Oil Concentrate and is standardised to provide a high, naturally absorbed, allicin yield.
Holland & Barrett Odourless Garlic Capsules are odour controlled to help prevent reflux (the taste repeating on you!). They can be absorbed by the body quickly and easily, too.
