“I have been using Solgar Vit B-Complex for twenty-odd years but the '100' potency. They are excellent products. I have not used them for some 10 years but feel the need for them now. If I feel this product is enough I will stick with it, I now it will be good anyway. Otherwise I will move to the '100' potency. Time will tell, but all their products are excellent.”
