Product Details

The VH200 Viqua Ultraviolet Water Disinfection System is a replacement for our Tier1 Series 8,000 Whole Home Systems with additional UV filtration. This system reduces microbial contaminants ranging from protozoan cysts to viruses by using UV light waves to deactivate the DNA of microorganisms, preventing further reproduction. This system includes an indicator light to let you know when the lamp needs replacing. The UV lamp lasts for up to 12 months, depending on water usage and your local water quality. The quartz sleeve should be cleaned every 3 months to keep up performance.
