Know before you book

  • Children 4 and younger are not allowed. Children 5–16 must be accompanied by a paying adult in a double kayak.
  • If you are prone to motion sickness, please take any necessary precautions. Consult a medical professional before taking any medication.
  • You do not need previous kayaking experience. Double kayaks are available for children and their parent or guardian.
  • Check-in is 20 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • There is a paid parking system in Milford Sound from 1 November 2020. This parking fee is twenty dollars for 5 hours of parking.

Descend down 64 steps (10 metres) to an underwater viewing chamber that boasts 360-degree views of a breathtaking marine habitat. Witness colourful sea creatures swimming about, including sights of rare black coral.

Join an expert kayak guide and nature specialist as you embark on a kayaking excursion around Harrison Cove, where you can revel in amazing views of the mountains. As your adventure comes to an end, it’s time to board your vessel for the return cruise to the Milford wharf.
