Good day out, enjoyable tour of the ground. Disappointed with afternoon tea, most items seemed stale and service was slow.

Good tour although more time in museum would have been appreciated. Afternoon tea reasonable.

Really great day. The venue was great, and enjoyed some very good cricket. The tour was excellent and saw some really interesting parts of the ground, like the tv and radio rooms. Tea was very good, but sadly they had taken no notice of the email I had sent, when requested, about a couple of dietary issues. Meant I couldn’t have the full cream tea experience as I couldn’t eat the scones. Took the gloss off a little, but otherwise a great day out.

Ground tour was very well organised and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and obviously really enjoyed conducting the tours. Afternoon tea was was lovely and felt very “British” and a great day of cricket to watch was the icing on the cake.

One 'phone call sorted the date and tickets. Reporting to the ticket office the tickets were waiting for us, no problem. We could sit where we liked, apart from the members only areas of course. The ground tour was well organised and informative, led by a knowledgeable guide. It took us to the top of the new corporate hospitality building, through the old pavilion into the small museum/library, past the players' entrance, around the outside of the ground and into the media area including the Sky Sports box, TMS box and the press box. Afternoon tea was back in the hospitality building and from reading previous reviews it looks as if this aspect of the day has been improved. Tea was really good - see photo. All in all, a great day out for anyone with an interest in cricket.

The tour was not good, the tour group was 28 people strong, although there was two guides to the group. The group was far to large to take around, in the long room there were two coffee machines working and members milling about. So it was impossible to hear what the guide was saying. When the group split to go into the smaller areas, it was a bit better. The afternoon tea was chaotic, queuing to be shown to a table, and then finding the table was not cleaned. The sandwiches were cold, while the scone was warm. The tea came via lukewarm water and a teabag, while eating our tea there was actually two queues of tours waiting to be seated. We got some nice views of the ground, from the higher parts of the stands, and the new stand is nice. The best part of of the day was the cricket, Surrey beat Warwickshire. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Enjoyed our Oval tour and tea, although I am a regular there it was particularly good to see the press and commentators' boxes and the corporate hospitality facilities, as well as the Museum.

Had a wonderful time, met some lovely people and would definitely do again and recommend to others

Relaxed day out. Virtually empty stadium so lots of spare seats. Atmosphere lacking. Well organised. Tour has limited attractions and content but we enjoyed it. Afternoon tea is basic but there was enough of it. Another party who booked with virgin had upgraded items that caused some consternation for some other guests who wanted the same service. A very aged group. People did their best to show everyone a good time. Booking very limited as not many county games. Would recommend.
