    - Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
    - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
    - There is no maximum group size
  • Sparkling Afternoon Tea at Marco Pierre White’s New York Italian
    - Available Wednesday–Saturday, year round
    - Afternoon tea is served from 2pm–5pm and the last booking is 4.45pm
    - You must take your voucher and your confirmation e-mail with you to the restaurant – you may not be able to take your experience if you do not present these on arrival
    - Minimum age: 18 years
    - Please book as far in advance as possible as there could be limited availability and weekends are especially popular
    - Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking

We visited the Shard then onto Marco Pierre Whites for afternoon tea. Very different to what we were expecting but very nice and filling and a lovely restaurant with polite, friendly staff. We had a great day.

2 years later (thanks COVID) we finally got there but, unfortunately, a grey day. All very slick but I would have liked something to help you know what you could see. We had the Guide but it was really basic.

Arrived around 4:30 after contact there customer services this is the best

Only to be told next entry will Be 18:30 not happy- had to talk to a manager after the woman on the desk was rude . Let us in after But very busy could not get to windows to get any view

Lovely views over London

The voucher wasn't prebookable, but I emailed the Shard and they advised me to turn up at opening time to be guaranteed entry,so we did, and the process was smooth and efficient. We were also lucky to have lovely weather to enjoy the views over London.
