Nightmare to book and contact avenge treatment

I have finally been able to use my birthday present nearly a year later , when trying to book this spa was a nightmare to get hold of never picking up the phone found this very frustrating, we was asked when booking if anyone had any allergies and I let them know my friend had a nut allergy, we also told them when we arrived when we got the afternoon tea I then checked that nothing had nuts on and the guy came back as said everything is nut free except the macaroons, these should not have been put on a afternoon tea with someone with a nut allergy very poor and dangerous in my opinion. My massage full body massage that I booked was very average. The spa in the morning was lovely as we got beds around the pool but after our afternoon tea it was so busy with no beds being available, apparently they do a offer on a afternoons session 2-7pm , if I go to a spa I want to be able to sit and relax around the pool perhaps they need to look at how many people they allow in .
