On Arrival
Please proceed to the ship terminal and drop off your luggage and extra passengers at the terminal. The car park suggests that if you are travelling in a group, that only 1 person takes the car to the short stay car park and the remainder of the group stay at the terminal.
Then proceed to the short stay car park which will be clearly signposted and look for a red flag where one of the PortSide Meet and Greet team will be awaiting to take your car.
On Return
A driver will meet you in the short stay carpark wherever your ship docks. Simply call the number on your confirmation email when you know what time you're disembarking.
