Must-Read!

This book is amazing. When I first heard about the book, I thought, "It's all poetry?". I picked it up and read a page, then another page, and I didn't stop, until I was finished. It made me laugh and cry and think, "Hey! I've felt like that before!" This book deserves more than just 5 stars!

Loose Theads is really Good! By Bethany H.

I read this book and really enjoyed it. I know the author of this book and I think she did a great job. Definitly five stars. This book is about Kay, a girl who lives with her mother, her grandmother, and her Great Grandmother. She lives in Florida. Kay finds out that her Grandmother has cancer. This is very hard for their family.I cried over this book. I recomend this book to everyone!

Wonderful book!

This book is truly wonderful. I've given it to two friends who both cried at the end and loved it. Though it involves the subject of breast cancer, to me it was more a study of 4 generations of women: a girl, mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. The way the main and sideline characters react to the grandmother's cancer and how the 4 main chars. interact with each other is fascinating. Grover is an author to watch. Amazing work.

Growing through loss

My 11 year old daughter and I both loved this book! We laughed, cried and cried some more as we experienced "Kay's" love and loss. Breast Cancer and dying are noteasy to talk about but this story's thought provoking honesty sparked meaningful conversation between the two of us.I highly recommend this moving novel especially to grandmothers, mothers and daughters.

The Best!

Loose Threads is the best! It is very touching, thought-provoking, sensitive, sincere, and offers true insight into deep subjects. This should be most helpful to the young as well as to the adult. The work is inspiring and well written!
