Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This handsome double-fronted cottage, built for workers from the local brewery around 1845, is everything you'd hope for from a home in the Cotswolds. The pretty garden has a dining space with seating for four – perfect for an alfresco lunch or a G&T. We love the water feature here – it's the ideal place to sit with a book. Inside, a Cotswold stone feature wall creates a warm ambience in the living room – gather around the wood-burning stove when the weather turns chilly. This home makes an idyllic romantic getaway, and it's just the ticket for a group of friends or families looking to explore the stunning Cotswold countryside too. Go for a stroll and reward yourself with a hearty meal at the local pub in Little Compton, under a five-minute walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm, on the other hand, is just eight minutes in the car. Or discover the picture-perfect market towns of Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold (the highest of the Cotswold towns), an eight and sixteen-minute drive away, respectively.
