Ideal for cutting multiple layers of fabric, felt and vinyl, Fiskars Loop Rotary Cutter (45 mm) features a high-grade, precision-ground, 45 mm premium steel blade for long-lasting sharpness. A sliding button extends and locks the blade for secure use, and a push-button retracts the blade for safe storage. Blade changes are faster and easier thanks to fewer loose parts. A curved, loop-handle design provides a natural fit for your hand, improves control and allows you to securely hold the cutter while positioning materials. This rotary cutter can be assembled with the blade on either side to provide optimal blade visibility for right- and left-handed users.

Disappointing rotary cutter
I bought the rotary cutter a few weeks ago and am quite disappointed with it. Surprised to find that a lot of force is needed to cut through even 2 layers of cotton fabric. (Then that cut into the mat.) When I rolled back & forth a few times to cut through the bottom layer, the cutter veered a bit from the cutting line & shredded the edge of the fabric. This was a new cutter, not a dulled blade.

Quality rotary tool with an ergonomic design
The rotary tool works well and is designed to accommodate larger hands. I plan to buy the larger size if the future when I start to work with leather and have more of a needed to cut through multiple layers of fabric.

Great rotary cutter
I love this rotary cutter because at the press of a button, the blade retracts and is safely stored away. The handle is also very ergonomically comfortable.

Quick and easy cutting
I purchased the Fisker rotary cutter to use on a thick shelf liner. It easily cut through the shelf liner and made the job go by quickly. It saved my hand from having to cut through yards of the thick plastic.
