What do I need to know?
  • All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
  • You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
  • For RHS Garden Hyde Hall:
    - Available week round, year round, excluding RHS Garden Hyde Hall Flower Show, RHS Garden Hyde Hall Glow and Christmas Day
    - From March to October the garden is open from 10am–6pm, with last entry at 5pm. From November to February the garden is open from 10am–4pm, with last entry at 3pm
    - Customers must complete an online form to redeem their voucher, 72 hours prior to arrival
    - RHS Garden Hyde Hall is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters
  • For Greenwoods Hotel and Spa:
    - Available Monday–Friday, subject to availability. Due to popularity, it is advised that you book 5-6 months in advance
    - Spa access is from 2pm until 9pm
    - Please inform the hotel in advance of any specific dietary restrictions
  • All dates are subject to availability

Very easy to activate and redeem the voucher on Buyagift website, then book the visit on the RHS Hyde Hall website, great that it was for two people, so a couple can use it. Lovely gardens? Well worth a visit

I purchased this as a gift for a friends 50th. Getting booked in was tricky as voucher bookings only have certain times when they can be done- we booked in January to go in July! The spa area is lovely with great facilities including two steam and sauna rooms, plus a hot stone bed relaxation room. The afternoon tea was a little disappointing, not to the standard we have had there previously; sandwiches were poorly filled, too much butter and some without any filling! But having spoken to the staff things were rectified and more were brought over.

Staff in all areas were lovely and helpful. The afternoon tea was lovely set in a lovely lounge looking over the beautiful grounds. The Spa itself have nice treatment rooms but I was disappointed with the relaxation rooms they lacked imagination and not enough space or beds in both relaxation rooms and in pool area and terrace for the amount of people that were booked or staying in hotel. But it was a nice experience came away feeling relaxed and had a lovely nights sleep ??

Quality time together with my daughter

We had booked Greenwood's Spa with afternoon tea almost 6 months before we finally arrived, so we were really building it up and looking forward to our day together. I'm glad to say, we were not disappointed. We were greeted with polite and smiling staff, who couldn't do enough for us. I had ordered a gluten free afternoon tea as I was over the moon with the selection of cakes and goodies I was given, very tasty indeed. Best selection I've ever had. The spa was relaxing as we hoped and even had a quick run in the gym. Lovely day out.

Spa experience

Great place to visit . Afternoon tea was lovely with plenty of choice and the service excellent. The spa pool was good .. maybe a tad too much chlorine… but a good size pool and nice jacuzzi if you can get in it as people seemed to stay in it for an hour chatting! The outside of the pool spa area could do with a bit of decoration to help the relaxation factor but otherwise a lovely afternoon experience .

A very lovely place to enjoy a spa, all staff were lovely, facilities very nice afternoon Tea was delicious and they catered for our needs too. The only small thing i would say is that there isn't enough beds around the pool area so two of us had to share the one chair. But otherwise a very nice experiance

Excellent afternoon tea on arrival. Nice clean facilities, could have been a bit clearer that treatments were not include also slippers not included despite mentioning they were in confirmation. Relaxation rooms were quiet and comfy.
