A vision of Parisian elegance, style, and the Eiffel Tower itself, this beautifully positioned apartment in the 15th arrondissement really puts things into perspective. It's an ideal base for those looking to soak up as much of the city's culture as possible, with a bright living space where you'll be able to peer over the rooftops of Paris and keep a watchful eye over the Iron Lady at all times. Natural light floods in throughout the day, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and wrought-iron balconies that also sought to maximise that brilliant viewpoint from just about every room. Wood floors and an original fireplace shape the space as a whole, while you'll notice the high-end touch that's been given to this traditional home – from the teal colour palette and mustard-yellow velvet sofa to the marble coffee table and pieces of abstract art. Perch by the living room's Juliet balconies with your morning coffee as you watch the world go by below, or gather together at the elegant dining table for a breakfast of croissants and jams. We particularly appreciate the rattan chairs and teeming bookshelves that keep things especially Parisian. While you could spend the entire day relaxing in your calm and comfortable apartment, take some time to explore the city from the prime location. You're just a fifteen-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars, while the Les Invalides is twenty-three minutes away on foot.

About Eiffel Tower
The Eiffel Tower was built for the Universal Exhibition of 1889 and has since become the symbol of the city and one of the world's most recognisable landmarks. It sits on the edge of the 7th arrondissement, a relaxed part of town, home to world-class museums like the Musée d'Orsay (Impressionist paintings galore) or Musée Rodin (home to the famous 'Thinker' sculpture), state buildings like the National Assembly, Les Invalides...

Enjoy French food at the Casse De Noix
Another French restaurant that is worth the hike into the depths of the 15th arrondissement for some serious good food with friendly neighbourhood service.
Experience haute gastronomie at Neige d'Eté
A culinary master, Hideki Nishi opened his own restaurant Neige d'Eté a few years back and serves up a technically perfect lunch and dinner menu that hits the spot every time.
Discover a franco-italian bistro at Naturellement
There's vintage feel to this bistro with its wooden bar and red and white tiles, but the food is refreshing such as smoked burratina and veal tartare, all washed down with a list of Italian wine.
Tuck in at Le Café du Commerce
The large brasserie of Café du Commerce with 3 floors is decorated with plants, serving traditional dishes with local products.
Pick up your daily baguette at Eric Kayser
Eric Kayser bakeries are all around town and offer you the opportunity of a delicious fresh baguette and other special breads and rustic pastries.
Try bangers and boeuf bourguignon at Le Volant Basque
Cuisine from the South West of France is Le Volant Basque's speciality, served up with generous helpings of creamy mash potato and grilled seasonal vegetables.
Dine at La Véraison
A lesser-known neighbourhood favourite of us is La Veraison (64 Rue de la Croix Nivert) which serves up delicious French flare with a smile.
Watch a movie at Cinema Chaplin St Lambert
This local movie theater has kept the charm of former times and its interior refers to Charlie Chaplin. Families will enjoy the programme.
Relax and admire the Eiffel Tower at Champ de Mars
Champ de Mars in Paris is a beautiful park with extensive lawns, well-maintained gardens, and stunning views of the iconic Eiffel Tower. It's the perfect place to relax, have a picnic, or take memorable photos.
