Just step through the green front door and you'll fall head over heels for this terraced home. Bright and cosy, everything about this place exudes warmth and comfort, from the striking paint colours and abundance of houseplants to the wooden floors and shelves lined with books. Each room is brimming with character – there's the comfortable master bedroom (we love the unique headboard), the geometric bathroom with a soaker tub and the sweet nursery perfect for little ones. Whether you're tucking into family meals in the dining room, curling up with a glass of wine in the snug or soaking up the sunshine in the garden, you'll feel utterly relaxed here. Plus, the location is spot-on, just a short stroll from the leafy Greenwich Park and fifteen minutes from the historic sights and bustling market in Greenwich's centre. There's also a charming gastropub right around the corner. Getting in and out of the city is easy on the Clipper boats: simply hop on at Greenwich dock and glide down the Thames – you'll even spot some of London's most famous sights along the way.

About Greenwich

If maritime history, global time-keeping, and grand architecture by Sir Christopher Wren are your bag, then Greenwich is the place for you. It might not be the most central option on our books, but there's certainly plenty going for it. It's home to The Royal Naval College, The National Maritime Museum and The Royal Observatory (the latter marks the spot of the Meridian Line, the place where time begins and ends) and once you've had your fill of museum action, we recommend exploring the historic Greenwich Market, which should more than satisfy all your antique and foodie needs.
