Amsterdam - Reservations

Reservations are required. Visit the Heineken Experience website to book your slot.

You'll need to select the number of passes your party has, and then enter the pass number for each one.

Visit the Rijksmuseum website you book your slot.

Booking instructions: select “I already have a ticket/voucher”, select "Museum admission" and your desired date and time and complete the booking.

If you want to visit the Franz Hals exibition, please make sure to add it to your booking, free of charge.

Reserve your spot on the online booking page and follow the instructions provided.

Please place your reservation as soon as possible after purchasing your pass as availability can go fast. The reservation is valid only in combination with your pass(es).

Follow the steps below to place a reservation:

1. Go to www.thisisholland.com/gocity

2. Click on 'Book now'.

3. Select the desired date and time slot for your visit.

4. Then select the number of people for whom you have purchased to make a reservation and then click on 'Next'. 

5. Enter your personal details and click 'Complete order'.

6. You will receive confirmation of your reservation by email. Please take this reservation and your pass with you to THIS IS HOLLAND on the day of your visit

To make your booking, visit the Madame Tussauds Amsterdam website and follow these steps. 

1. Choose the option 'Guarantee your access!'
2. Select the number of tickets you'd like to make a reservation for. 
3. Select the date and time of your visit and click on 'checkout'. 
4. Fill in your personal details and complete your booking by clicking 'complete order'. 
5. You'll receive a confirmation email which you should bring along, together with your pass, on the day of your visit. 

To make your booking, visit the Amsterdam Dungeon website and follow these instructions. 

1. Choose the option 'Guarantee your access!'
2. Select the number of tickets you'd like to make a reservation for. 
3. Select the date and time of your visit and click on 'checkout'. 
4. Fill in your personal details and complete your booking by clicking 'complete order'.

2. Fill in your details and enter your pass number(s).

Please book your spot on Go City Hop-on Hop-off booking page, you'll need your pass number. 

Please visit the Go City booking page to reserve your spot.

Book your slot on AMAZE's website. 

To book your spot, email [email protected] with your desired tour date and pass number(s).

Please follow this link to book your spot on the ferry, click 'Book your ticket here,' choose a date and time and select the Go City ticket option and complete the booking.

You'll need to show your pass and booking when you arrive for the ferry.

To make your booking, head to the Muiderslot Castle website. Click 'book your tickets here' and follow the steps to pick your preferred date and time, selecting the 'Go City Amsterdam' rate before adding it to your cart.
